We Accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Credit Cards, and money orders.

Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday and 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Saturday.  We are closed on Sunday.  If you do not receive an answer during regular business hours try again at your convience.  Our lines are sometimes full due to the large volume of calls we receive each day.

We do not ship COD at this time.  We do not accept personal checks.
We collect sales tax from Indiana residents only.

Ordering Replacement Parts
Use our convienient Order Form for ordering parts and we will call to confirm the order(s) you place.

If the requested parts are in stock they will be shipped within 3 business days via the United States Postal Service 2 to 3 Day Priority Mail Service or UPS.  Same day shipping on many orders.  If the parts requested are not in stock, they will be ordered and shipped as fast as possible.

Parts Orders are shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service 2 to 3 Day Priority Mail.  UPS Shipping Services offered: UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.®, UPS Next Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air Saver®, UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS 3 Day Select® and UPS Ground.  We do not ship orders C.O.D. UPS will not deliver to Post Office Box addresses.

IMPORTANT ..... If you are having your order shipped to a Business Address, make sure you type in the name of the business as the "Shipping Address Name" on the online order form. The package will be shipped to the business address, marked with the business name, to the attention of the card holder.

Most of the parts featured in our online catalog require that particular measurements be noted prior to placing a parts order.  Please keep this in mind while making your selections.  It is in everyone's best interest to keep parts exchanges to a minimum.  If you require assistance selecting parts, be prepared to tell us about your machine.  Brand name, model number and/or name, drive system features, tires, chain size used, etc.

If you call with a parts order and discover that you have made a mistake or if you would like to add additional parts to your order please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary adjustments.

Ordering Manco Go Karts
Having the equipment delivered to your business or picking up the go kart from the terminal nearest to your home will save you money.  Freight Carriers charge an additional $30 to $50.00 for residential delivery.  The go karts are mostly assembled requiring the installation of the overhead cage, the seat and seat belts.  No special tools are required.  The engine, wheels, throttle cable, brakes and steering wheel are already in place.  The engines are shipped without motor oil or gasoline. Add motor oil and fresh, regular unleaded gasoline before attempting to start.  If you require further information concerning go kart orders please feel free to contact our office.

We can supply any replacement part or advice you may need for your machine in the future.  Each fun machine comes with an owner's manual for the frame & engine, a video and a parts breakdown illustration which includes a list of part numbers for every part.

Ordering Manco Mini Bikes
The 3.5hp Streaker Mini Bikes are shipped via UPS anywhere in the 48 States for $65.00 or less.  The total cost for a Streaker Mini Bike is $659.00 including shipping.  The 4hp Thunderbird Mini Bikes and The 6hp Big Cat All Terrain Bikes are shipped by a freight company due to their size and weight.  These bikes can not be shipped UPS.
